Jerry, et al,

We need a marketing plan to catapult our new Sales Force. Unfortunately, I am the marketing dept at present. So, I’ve spent some time just now putting together a plan to convert strangers into friends. That is the weak link in our Sales Force effort. The SF can then work with an abundance of hot leads instead of having to warm up cold ones.

So, the plan is, a series of emails to the India-scraped list, featuring links to videos and a free resource called “Secrets of Successful Short Term Missions.” I whipped together the attached, which we can convert to a pdf file to use as a premium. Also wrote the attached series of emails.

We need to get the location videos more prominently featured on the AIM site.

Thoughts?

Seth

Lists available with the number of records:

Pentecostal Churches with web sites- 963

Pentecostal Churches with address, phone,etc- 12,661

Presbyterian Churches with web sites- 3,889

Presbyterian Churches with address, phone,etc- 13,162

Christian Churches with web sites- 3,056

Christian Churches with address, phone,etc- 11,873

Methodist Churches with web sites-5,038

Methodist Churches with address, phone,etc- 29,484

Baptist Churches with Web Sites 11,682

Baptist Churches with address, phone,etc- 87,900

The smaller number can be used for email marketing. The larger number will have all records for mailing.

The next decision is this - do you want to target by city, state, zip code or what criteria?

We will still need to do some additional programming, since we will be dissecting the information before running the campaigns in specific regions. Let's make sure we know EXACTLY how we want to execute this project from start to finishbefore Duane and I start programming.

Email Content

Good premise in each. I think these could use a good once over by Mark for some marketing rigor surrounding the language and call to action. Also, there may need to be some connection so that they build on one another if they’re supposed to be a series.

I’m not a fan of the “free gift” line in the first email. Would rather see “shared insights” or something less infomercial-esque. We’re appealing to an educated audience and I think this language may shove this into being perceived as spam/scam material.

The Plan

A good start for the plan – let’s put some meat on the bones with specific dates and actions.

Mailing Schedule

Leads from India

Incremental mail send as lead become available?
